How do I know if I can download contents from mtogo? First, make sure your phone is listed among serviceable phones. mtogo does not guarantee successful delivery of our contents to the phones not listed there. Also, your service plan should allow wireless internet for the content download to work. mtogo urges you to download a test ringtone and a test image to ensure the compatibility of your handset and price plan with mtogo's service. What should I do when the download was unsuccessful? Do not order the same content again. If you did not get the SMS notification, first try resending the SMS from order history screen under Account menu. Some of common reasons the download fails are user mistakes, lack of wireless internet access, and content size error. Is the ordered content available for download forever? No. Once you order a content, it'll be available for download for three days. If you failed to receive order confirmation SMS message, you can go to �Order History' section of your account and resend the SMS within three days.
