We also have signed contracts with music publishers and rights agencies including BMG Music Publishing, Harry Fox Agency, Sony Music and Zomba for mechanical rights to produce our ringtones.

We have taken our best efforts to identify the rights holders for each ringtone. If you see ringtones for which mtogo does not have the appropriate license, please e-mail licensing@mtogo.com and we will be sure to sign a standard ringtone licensing agreement.
